By accessing or using WeLuvTools ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WeLuvTools provides free, browser-based online tools for processing images, PDFs, text, code, and other digital content. All processing occurs client-side in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service; (d) use the Service to process content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; (e) use the Service to process illegal or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on WeLuvTools — including the interface, code, branding, and documentation — is owned by WeLuvTools and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission. Tools are provided for your personal and commercial use of the output files only.

5. Your Content

Files you process using our tools remain yours. Because all processing is browser-based, we never receive, access, or store your files. You retain full ownership and responsibility for the content you process.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results fit for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeLuvTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or files.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements provided by third parties including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Clicking ads may take you to external websites governed by their own terms.

9. AI Tools

AI-powered tools use the OpenAI API. Text you submit to AI tools is sent to OpenAI for processing under their usage policies (openai.com/policies). Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information to AI tools.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
